I bid 1H to start with
On hand 1 I bid 2H.
On hand 2 I bid 2H as partner might get excited if I bid 3. If I had the agreement that 3h was pre-emptive, I would bid 3.

2H. Even better if this shows good constructive range (8-10) as it would for me. (WJSs)

4H. I have no idea what kind of powerhouse LHO is toying with and I'm not gonna give him another shot. And it has some chances of making, especially if partner happens to hold short spades.
