How about some tournaments for people who rent the GIBs?
Like IMPS and matchpoints, just the renters and the GIBS
no others keep it simple....also seems like it would also be
an easy way for bugs to be worked out.

you mean the ones where they only allow ten people and you have to sign up an hour in advance, that is not what I am talking about.
Yes I undersand there are ones that are free for people who dont rent the bots, I am talking about ones for people who are renting
the bots so they dont have to compare results from people playing with their friends against the bots

Indeed...you can pay to play in an ACBL matchpoint game every 13 minutes, you can pay for other non-free events too.

I've noticed that if you go to the MSN Games Bridge Club, under Public Clubs, almost everyone is playing alone with 3 robots sitting South (currently 59 out of 64 , with the 5 others either playing N-S with a partner against 2 robots or sitting North with 3 robots). Maybe you'll be satisfied playing there.

You can also pay to enter robot tournaments without having to camp out an hour beforehand, but probably you know that and don't want those.

I just thought since we are paying to use the bots, it would be nice to play in some tournaments against
other bot renters for FREE, with no other players except just the ones sitting south or whatever.
I dont mean the free ones with limited to 10 players or ones that you have to pay to with BBO bucks or ACBL
masterpoints.

currently there are 16 results for each hand played as they get played, what it be that hard to set something up
granted it wont make any money for anyone, just an idea. Sometimes when there are two players playing against he bots
their results seem a little skewed but then the bots can do that themselves sometimes
