Bridge Bingo Card query

I find Bridge Bingo to be great fun, however have a query.

What is the down red arrow contract on the bingo card?

I have no first hand knowledge, but my educated guess would be setting them in a doubled contract.

The down arrow means setting opps (does not matter if doubled or not).
