Partner may not have bid 4♥/3♣, I've had a couple of wine after the game and don't remember the intervening bids but he did bid
4♥ at some stage.

Would you ever bid 3♥ with say AKJx, QJ, xxxx, Axx ? if not, 4♥ should be a bad hand in context with 3♥ PFA.
This looks like a pull to 6N situation, particularly if I trust my opponent not to double on ♠AK. I'd expect LHO to be ruffing the club lead or have 5 hearts or ♥J109x and an A.

I agree and you should be in 6NT anyway. You've got enough HCPs to make the slam easily and since you're off an ace it's not like you're going to be in 6♥+7 to beat 6NT.
I'm assuming it's matchpoints.
Edit: Anyway, Cyberyeti, he can't have AK of spades because your partner has at least 15 HCP, you have 19, and the estimated 7 by opponent (AK) = 41. There aren't that many points in the deck.

However, when our RHO doubles we now have an interesting proposition with +1210. Is my RHO good where I can expect a club getting ruffed? Or did they just make some random double with the ♠A. Maybe they are being sharp with ♣Axxxxx knowing partner can lead their club and get a ruff.
Anyway, I'm bidding 6N. This usually gets doubled out of spite, and I expect a very good score for this. Maybe I'll send it back and teach the person a lesson!

The doublers hand was AJT6, J9642, x, xxx, another hand to add to my list of reasons why not to
double a slam.
