3 clubs shows this hand. This hand is a bit less than invitational for my style.

2s forcing 2nt then 3c would show an invitational hand with long clubs.

LOL. We had a discussion of this sequence earlier. If 2 here is natural, typcially 3136, that works.
"Gibberish in, gibberish out. A trial judge, three sets of lawyers, and now three appellate judges cannot agree on what this law means. And we ask police officers, prosecutors, defense lawyers, and citizens to enforce or abide by it? The legislature continues to write unreadable statutes. Gibberish should not be enforced as law."

The only "problem" with 3C over partner's 2D is that it is "too good", but I would still bid it.

As Ken said, we have had this before. You can use 2 to show either clubs or a diamond raise and partner bids 2NT to find out which. Going through 2 is stronger than bidding 3/ directly over 2.

This hand is excellent advertisement AGAINST 2/1 GF lol. In 2/1 you need a gadget to show it, like the artificial 2 after 1ST or 1-3 = nat invite.

Anyway, without gadgets you have to guess and my guess is the underbid of 3. That seems like the percentage bid, as pard rates to have 12-13 hcp more often than 14-15. You might not get the level right, but you will play the right strain.
