Pardon my choice of words, but my first reaction to this problem was "Is this some kind of joke?"
Pass is completely obvious.

You generate a lot of action, they nevertheless they did game,
are you sure, that game makes, or that they they dont have the
values for a slam?

Why would I not like 3D on the 1st round over the double? Anything else would be an operation.
Why would I choose to make another bid over 4S? Anything else would be an operation.

I hate to agree with the others (too boring <grin>), but a Pass seems obvious. I assume 5D is a good sacrifice (else, why the problem?) but that doesn't change my opinion that after preempting, there is no reason to give the opponents a second bite at the apple.

If 5♦ should be bid, partner should have bid it, I've shown what I have, no reason to bid again.

I know those taking part in bidding panels soon learn the folly of predicting unanimity, but I do wonder whether we will find anyone who doesn't vote for passing 4♠.

With this type of hand it's anybody's guess whether partner was thinking of bidding or doubling, so I don't think bidding is necessarily suggested.
