I'd say South is a bit dire to open but the other three have quality and shape.

North is the worst blunder- definitely worth a 1 diamond open. East has to open(preempt) or preempt 3 clubs.

West looks more like a weak 2, although some don't like to open weak 2's in 1st/2nd seat with 4 in the other major (especially such a nice 4-card suit). I wasn't aware that GIB was in that camp, though.

East doesn't need to open in 4th chair, but it looks like a fine 3 bid if North opens.
