Password Problems

It was recently discovered that part of the conversion was not successful in terms of bringing over the old password database. These passwords will need to be reset by hand. Most of these will be passwords with non-standard characters in them.

To check to see if you need this done, ask the system to send you your password. If the password it sends you fails, email me at skrshawk@bridgebase.com from the address your account is registered and I will manually reset your password.

how does one request the system to send them their password??

Try to signon with the wrong password. Since you are posting, you obviously have your password. I guess there is a cookie that remembers who you are so you don't have to log on everytime.
