OK. A better statement of the problem. IMP's. Contract is 4♠. The opponents cannot help but take two trump tricks and the heart Ace. The trick is timing -- getting to a club trick before Declarer establishes hearts for pitches.
BTW, whereas the Jack or the 9 work on this hand, the 9 seems better because
1. It works better when partner's Queen is doubleton, and
2. It works better in situations where Dummy has K8x (and thus is more consistent among equal options, for whatever worth that has)
