Your methods (a variant of Heeman) allow you to show four hearts and 5+ clubs, invitational.
... that would still not be conclusive proof, before someone wants to explain that to me as well as if I was a 5 year-old. - gwnn

So you toss it around a bit a reason that maybe 4H could have a shot, this would be the first good luck step if we try 2C. Then we consider and invite, or simply bid game? Is an invite worth it when even some minimums produce game? What happens when we hear 2D over 2C now because of this toy we get to show an invite with C and 4H? This is great when partner has the C fit, when even having it he may never get to enjoy the suit in NT. If this one makes game they may not bid it at the other table I do not see this is the right sort of hand to hope to land in the 4-4 H fit and then also hope we have a shot to make 10 tricks.

You're not playing Stayman. 2♣ would force 2♦, then 3♣ would show specifically 4 hearts and 5+ clubs, invitational.

If I have to make a tough invite, I'd do it in NT, where all those pips are more likely to pull their weight.

No appreciation for 9s coming along with the tens? But they still don't beat the negative of a stiff king and slow suits for NT, lack of controls for 4♥.
