I bid a practical 3N. It may not be the best spot always, but it seems to be the percentage contract under pressure.

3NT. Might be wrong, but if we're ever going to play 3NT someone has to bid it, and this is our only opportunity.

As to whether I sit if it gets doubled is another question.

After 4♦ I would probably bid 4♠. I'm not sure where this is going but it definitely denies a ♥ control.
