Passed Hand T/O X

If you raise partner's response to a passed hand t/o X GIB seems to think this shows 19/20 HCP for some reason.

Anyway you shouldn't confuse disclosure marks with GIB's "thinking". They often bare only a little relation.

Fairly clear I thought. You have passed say as dealer, and later made a take-out of a one of a suit opening. If you
raise partner's response to the 2 level in competition, the pop-up explanation says this shows 19-20 HCP, which I think let's
say politely is unlikely.
