I guess I lead the ♣K. Partner's 2♣ is a free bid, akin to if dummy had bid 1♥. So his suit should be respectable.

Of course, this lead could be disastrous, but everything else looks worse.

Many people (me included) play that passing rdbl is for business if opener is in minor suit. I wouldn't risk passing if we hadn't discussed it for sure.
That is especially true if rdbl shows hearts. No reason why I shouldn't pass with diamonds.

It could be one of those deals where we just cash 4 hearts and A♠. Maybe it's fancy but I lead A♥. I don't believe we run clubs so partner will need an entry which is probably in hearts anyway.

small spade for me. Trying to set up partner's Q10xxx is mularkey.

I suppose it also depends on style, whether partner can anticipate your club shortness and still bid 2C after a xx, etc.

But in a vacuum I'm leading the spade.

I am definitely leading a heart, the only question is which heart.

I dislike a club lead (partner bid clubs in response to our takeout double, no doubt he hoped we had more than 2 clubs, also he is unlikely to have the entries to set up and run the clubs. I also dislike a spade lead (Ace empty 4th is not my idea of an attractive lead). A passive diamond is plausible but I would prefer to try to set up some tricks.

I like the Ace lead. It scores a big win against declarer's singleton King, but (with 4 hearts on our left, and probably - no support double - only one or two with declarer) often it doesn't give away more tricks than a low heart. Anyway, leading the Ace instead of a low one is easier to do on the forums than at the table, so I might as well take my chance to lead it here.

leading a club looks wrong when we have all the entries. Either a spade or a heart could be right. A heart probably needs less.
