Definitely agree with pass over 2. I'd bid 2 now, partner should realize we are protecting, and unless they have something unexpected, we'll be in 2. At IMPs in particular, going -200 occasionally isn't so bad.

This also seems to be an assumed fit situation, but since there isn't a good way to show the second suit, if you're doubled, it will be a guess. Of course you *could* double 2, but this isn't the situation you expected.

As a side note, what do you play in Direct seat over 1N? Did partner have a penalty double available?
Yay for the "Ignored Users" feature!

Wow I think 2S is pretty reckless, we have a doubleton heart and ridiculously bad spades and are vulnerable.

Pass. I agree with Clee that 2 would be reckless.

Pass. I like the 5-5 so maybe I'd balance at MPs, or fav at IMPs, but not unfav at IMPs. Too much downside not enough upside. When I'm wrong it could be really wrong, not just -200.

Full deal

EDIT: Don't ask me how the spots changed lol. Also, i think North has a clear call but still thought was interesting decision for South when North passes and was interested in what forumers would do.

I've no idea what Woolsey is, but any sensible method lets you bid on the North hand directly over 1NT.
I would have protected 2H anyway.

Would have passed as well.

I have no idea what Woolsey is, but surely there must be a way for North to show that kind of hand?
