I hope BBO will allow you to create folders of your friends, so you can better manage and organize who is who, and possibly invite lists of people for team games, that kind of things. I know you can put notes in for a player, but it's cumbersome to use the friend system as of present.

Yes, probably a lot could be done there...
One easy suggestion: in stead of only: friend/neutral/enemi, more groups; 7 or more. This would give the possibilty to better manage friends.

There is a system to organize friends and other BBO members. If you are using the web version, right-click on a name to assign a category. You can color code all your friends and also non-friends.

But how can I remove a player from the category list?

I only find possibilties to move someone to a different category...

Press the "Clear" button in the category selector.
