Ari Greenberg, arigreen@bridgebase.com, is our GIB specialist. There's also a mechanism for reporting GIB issues through the Web version (I walked the user through it).

Otherwise accurate - report via web version, or post in the forum's GIB discussion section.
It is unlikely that you'll get to have a one on one conversation about GIB unless you can also offer coding solutions. But posting either bugs or possible improvements in the GIB discussion section would be helpful. You may also read what others say. The bug you thought was a bug, need not necessarily be one.
