is it possible to have a full disclosure cc avaible for both partners where one is on web and the other on windows version?

What exactly do you mean by "nothing"?
There are some things which produce an error in the web version's convention card parser, notably non-ASCII characters.

I don't think the web client is able to view Full Disclosure cards at all. When you look at FD cards in the Windows app, it actually starts up a separate application, bidedit.exe. The web client can only display old-style and ACBL convention cards, not FD cards.

You can view them in a seperate window (basically not in the web client but in an external webapp). You might not have noticed this if your browser blocks popups.

I've never played with a partner with a FD CC, so I've never had a chance to see this in action.
