13th trick

Can there be a small delay of 2 or 3 seconds between play of the last card [that is the fourth card to the thirteenth trick] and the next hand ?
as sometimes I cannot tell who wins the trick.

Try to see if "card animation" option is selected. It will help a little bit if you prefer it to be a bit slower.
