I recently signed up as part of assisting a user with the software. Unfortunately I learned that I was hit as part of a blanket ban on someone possibly on my IP block. I've since filed a trouble ticket, but I wanted to make a suggestion that will greatly assist with future issues related to logging in.

Could you consider making the error text area clickable/selectable so that users can copy and paste the text into emails, or at least remove the fade so that it's easier to copy the text?

In its current state, it cannot be selected, and after about 10 seconds or so, it fades out. This causes me to click the login button again so that the error message appears again. This is annoying.

One approach could be to an existing chat box resource as a "status box", or have the server appear in another colour than other players or messages. Make it appear only after the server has sent the client a message, and then remain persistent. Ultimately, the implementation is up to you, but you've really got to fix this some way!

Thanks!
