If you created the CC yourself, it will not be auto translated. It will show up in whatever format you wrote it in.
Did you want to write in English but have difficulties doing so? Ask Wojela. She's usually very eager to help Polish BBOers.
I believe there is a predefined Polish convention card that many Polish BBOers like to use, based on Polish Club. That one is defined in English so the majority of BBOers can use it. It is predefined and ready for use if you want to select it. If there are bugs, report it.

I filled card for myself on the basis of a New generic CC. Polish menu in which BBO automatically assigned to me - just generally works well - except for just the description of the card. Here are the details:
RIGHT FACE=ok
LEFT FACE
"Kontry" = DOUBLES= ok
"podniesienie bez atu"= Notrump Overcalls ? NO! It should be "Wejście BA" or "Wejście bez atu"
"proste podniesienie"=Simple Overcalls ? NO! It should be = "Wejście" or "Wejście bez przeskoku" or "Wejście kolorem"
"otwarcia powyżej 1NT"=Over 1 NT Openings ??? LOL It should be="Obrona po otwarciach słabych i blokujących" or shortly "Przeciwko słabym dwa (i blokom)"
"wejscia z przeskokiem"=Jump Overcalls=ok
"po kontrze wywoławczej"=Over Take out Doubles ? It will be better "Obrona po kontrze wywoławczej" or "Przeciwko kontrze wywoławczej"
"kolor przeciwnika"= Direct Cuebid=ok or "Wejście kolorem przeciwnika"
"Licytacja szlemowa"=Slam Biddding=ok
"zrzutki w obronie"=Defensive Carding ? It will be better "Wisty i zrzutki" or "Sygnały wistowe i zrzutki"

Lelo, Podniesienie is Raise in English, NOT overcall or anything like that.
feks 1NT - 2NT - is it natural invit like in standard, or some sort of transfer?
in the example it is only the partners bidding, NOT next hand.
