I prefer 3♠ over 4♦, partner has to make a decision over 4♦ and he will missevaluate his heart holding, however if we bid 3♠ and he bids 3NT we are very close to slam right now.

To show 5 hearts you bid 3♥, 3♠ is a stopper.
