To some extent this position is analogous to the thread on the auction 2NT - 3D - 3H - 3S. Both using 3NT for hearts, cues for spades... and proceeding with 3NT as serious/frivolous with cue bids and 6KCB are possibilities. I think the 6KCB approach is more common on this auction since the double fit is sure.

both 4♥ and 4♠ are to play, we are in 6 keycard blackwood land.
3NT can be used for your standard purpose, no shortness in my case, but serius/non serious is also popular.

As often occurs, if this auction is well-discussed,
ONE CASE zooms; the other delays.
Here I suggest hearts zooms -- which short, control.
