tournament results missing 'my hands' no results found

What happened to the hand results from tournament results? The 'results' are there but 'my hands' shows 'no results found' for all tournaments listed. Are they lost or will they be reloaded?

Which tourneys do you mean? Randomly checked some results, could see myhands fine.

Don't forget total points tourneys hand records are not there. Also, this is a "BBO" issue not "Bridge", so moving it since this is an easy decision!

I'm in the web version, and clicked on My Hands for #4876 Pairs ACBL Sat 8pm Speedball, and popped up "No results found".

The hands from my most recent tourney (11/01 1830 ACBL robot, in the timing nomenclature used on BBO) are available, but are not found for any other tourney in the list (covering ACBL, Sky Club and BBOTurkiye). I noticed this yesterday, but figured it was a temporary glitch. Perhaps not...

Thanks for the details. Developers made aware and will fix this.

Till then, you can access hand records the traditional(tedious) way :)
http://www.bridgebas...hands/index.php will list hand records. Just not the direct link from BBO.

The Upcoming Broadcasts link in the Vugraph Theatre on the downloaded version of BBO is still broken. http://www.bridgebas.../online/vg.html gives a 404 Not Found error.
