Not sure if i will reach slam but I don't like West's bid of 5♦. I think West should make a forcing pass and pass if partner doubles. Here of course, East will bid 4♠ showing 6-5 after which I have no clue what I will bid as West heh

It's difficult to know what to do, but partner didn't have to bid 5♦. In fact with 3 aces and nothing wasted in ♥ I might have almost have been inclined to take the forcing pass then pull a double approach to show a really good hand.
You want to be in a slam opposite ♣AJ and an ace pretty much with the E hand (yes you may have issues opposite ♦xxx, but 5♦ would be brave with that).
I think I'd be inclined to bid 6♦ over 5, but I think it's close.
It's much easier over the auction I'd get with a weak no trump from W where I know partner has at least 2 cards in each of my suits and 3-2 almost all the time.

I'd bid 3♠ as east and then it is close between 5 and 6♦ after partner makes a forcing pass.
After 4♦, if west passes, it is to pull the double, so he has to bid 6♦ over partner's 4♠.
Note that it is completelly different a forcing pass over 3♠ (planning to pass the double) and 4♦ (planning to invite to slam).
4♠ after 4♦ doesn't show more than a 6-4

This is a tough hand. As East, I expect the bidding to come back to me with some number of Hearts, and then I can introduce Spades, completing the hand description. However, when partner raises there will always be a problem now. I would probably bid a practical 3♠, however I think this decision worked out better. I think I'd bid 5♥ over 5♦ as East. Perhaps I'm resulting a bit, but I think that if partner had Heart values, he would be doubling 4♥, and partner cannot have the KQJ of either pointed suit... So for his 5♦ call, I am hoping for at least two Aces, perhaps more. 5♥ on the way will give partner a bit of encouragement if he holds something like Ax xx Axx AKxxxx I hope as well.

I suppose West 4NT was A-ask.
I much prefer 4NT as "I got slammy stuff raise" -- here 3xAces.
East sees H-void may go grand.

Really? You want to be in a grand on a finesse? If that's not resulting, I don't know what is.

For those that think East should move over 5D, West's bidding seems to be perfectly consistent with A/J5/AJ95/JT9873 for example. Or 9/J54/AJ95/KJT973 perhaps. I think the only reasonable way to reach this with any confidence is if West passes over 4H. Then East will have a pretty clear 6D bid after a couple of rounds.
