Matchpoints, what do you do? Would you do something different at a different vulnerability? How about at teams?
Matchpoints, how do you balance?

Double is marginal for me.
I wouldn't do it at IMPs.
I believe that the USA currently hold only the World Championship For People Who Still Bid Like Your Auntie Gladys - dburn
dunno how to play 4 card majors - JLOGIC
True but I know Standard American and what better reason could I have for playing Precision? - Hideous Hog

No, we only use good/bad 2N in situations where they have bid and raised a suit.

Roth would open this hand, as would Stone IMO. There are three quick tricks, an upgradable AJT, and 5-5 shape with two good suits. Passing this hand is not an option to bridge players, IMO

Actually, doubling with clubs and diamonds reversed may not be so bad. If pard skips over everything else to bid diamonds he may well have five, and having the three card support in the hand with the void is not the worst thing in the world. So I guess I vote for X that way also.
