Unfortunately they misquoted me a couple of times :(

I am concerned that some people might be offended by this misquote:

“Playing online is much more appealing than going to the YMCA and playing with a bunch of old ladies,”

I said something similar to this in the context of trying to explain one of the benefits of online bridge: that it makes for a more appealling medium for young players to learn the game (versus traditional venues like taking bridge lessons at the local community center or bridge club).

I am trying to get the Globe and Mail to correct the online version of the article...
