One option might be play straight up transfers over 1♥, i.e.:

X: 4+ ♠
1♠: Balanced hands
1N: Transfer to ♣
2C: Transfer to ♦
2D: Transfer to ♥
2♥+: TDB

One can extend this idea to 1♦ - (1♠) as well:

X: 4+ hearts
1N: Balanced hands
2C: Transfer to ♦, TP or GF
2D: Transfer to ♥, TP or GF
2♥+: TBD

As I recall hanp and other play transfer advances even after 2♣ overcall as well...

It might be nice to be able to show both minors. Say I have 3-1-4-5 and don't want to commit to clubs.

1S needs to be more than balanced. It could (for example) handle both minors
because opener can then have the freedom to rebid a 5 cd minor suit and then win either way. So opening 4-3-1-5 opposite 1-4-4-4 and now we find clubs.

1N shows clubs, but what's the point range? The bid needs to empower opener to do something. A contract of 2C may be acceptable but we need keep our constructive auction. I think 9+ with a 6 cd suit or 12+ with a 5 cd suit is ok. Opener can raise clubs with a fit either way. Without a fit, he can accept the transfer with a minimum non-fitting hand and play 2C opposite the first. The second hand has to bid again opposite a simple acceptance of the transfer.

2C same reasoning for diamonds

2D-balanced GF?

2H-shows 6 spades? maybe 9-11 or 14+ If the hand can be too light, opener
.....will never contribute useful information (like bidding 3S). If the ranges are
