Somewhere recently the behavior of the web client changed with respect to cutting and pasting in the chat window.

It used to be that Ctrl-C, Ctrl-V, Ctrl-X (or the Mac equivalents Apple CVX) did what was expected. Now you need to right click the mouse and select copy, paste, etc. from the popup menu.

Worse, than that!!!

You can end up pasting from the clipboard from what ever your last successful copy or cut was, which was NOT what you thought you had just done!

Noticed this at least a month ago. Sorry it took so long to get around to reporting it.

i noticed this in Chrome and assumed it was a Chrome thing - since it works fine with IE or FF. What browser are you using?

Perhaps unrelated to this latest release; although, the only way to play the Free Express tourneys are with the BBO Browser.
I often use IE8 or iTunes' Safari as a backup. {Will see if that works or fouls any differently}.

I usually play in the Windows client as both BIL Member and enjoy the speak back feature for the chat line, lacking in browser client.

Anyways, it seems when ever I launch BBO Web, I end up freezing up and crashing to Blue Screen with a STOP error. (Some Driver malfunction). It seems the only time this happens is with BBO Web, while I try to reproduce it to better document a cause.

I to play on a Toshiba Satellite laptop and often have a few other things going on in the background.
I also consider that Flash might be partially contributing to a reason.

Anyone else?

Version 1.42 of the web-client is now available.

I am closing this thread. I have created a new thread for comments pertaining to the web-client here:
