I'm not counting Paleta - here's a list I found: Pinenut, Flan, Nance, Pina, Tuna (Cactus Fruit), Banana Split, Peanut Butter, Orchata, Coco, Tamarindo, Mango Pico de gallo, Mango, Jalapeno crisp, Broccoli Ice Cream, Tamal Cream, Enchiladas, Quesadilla Cream, Chili Pepper, Tomatillo(Tomato), Carrot, Peanuts and wine, Raspberry Cheesecake, Remolino Trail mix, Guava, Pomegranate, Sweet Potato, Pepito's Frijol, Guatemala Cafe, Milk Mango, Banana Nut....

I see you haven't been to Merida, Venezuela, where a guy has an ice-cream shop that has come up with over 1000 flavors.
