One spade, wouldn't seriously consider anything else personally. Some people might open 3S and I would just consider them quite sound, if someone opened 2S or 4S I would consider them nuts!

I think 3♠ is quite unsound. We have far too much defence.

3♠ for me, unless playing light preempts, in which case I'd open 1♠. Partner will generally expect more defense from me for a one level bid.
