E-mail connection problems

Dear Bbo,
I've tried to contact you via email form your site web but the button doesn't work either with mozzilla and crome. I'would like to be in contact because i had problem in registering in your turnament bbo fans rock around the clock. Pls advice me how to do.

Are you talking about the page where it says "Drop us a line at support@bridgebase.com if you're stuck."? I just checked the page, and it's a perfectly ordinary "mailto" link that should work with any browser. You need to have a default mail client configured (e.g. Windows Live Mail, Outlook Express, Apple Mail, Thunderbird); these types of links don't work with most webmail systems.

If you don't use a mail client, go to your webmail site and enter the destination support@bridgebase.com by hand.

If you use GMail, you can configure it to work with the mailto: link that Barry mentions, as well as with mailto links occasionally found on other web-sites.

If you are using some other type of web mail, try Googling "configuring X for mailto" substituting your email service for the X. Maybe others will work also.
