Rebid 2♣ forcing one round, showing clubs or 17+ hcp. Now partner bids:

Well... if you anticipate the rebid problem over 1H-1S, that's a good reason why you SHOULD think about opening something other than 1H if it avoids that problem. (Yes, with my reg p we really would have opened 1NT - but I know that will be a small-minority treatment.)
