GIB bids:
1♦-(1♠)-2♥-(p);
2nt (1) -(p)-3♣(2) - (p);
3♥ (3) -(p) - 4♥

(1) defined as 11-16 hcp 3+D, stop spades.
Think should further constrain:
11-14 hcp, 4+D, 2-hearts, stop spades

(2) why not just 3nt??

(3) defined as "3+D, 3+H, 14+ total points", I think this should show 2 hearts only and not show anything extra.
