Also, he rates to not have a heart void when he leads the ♥3.

Where's karlson when I need him?
I agree that this one may be out of left field but I certainly thought about it.

I think you are taking the "double them on invitational auctions with suits breaking badly" thing a little far. Yes LHO made an invite but RHO is unlimited, he could have 18 hcp.
I admit it could go down 2 or 3 which improves your odds quite a bit, but I just see no reason to assume they can't take 5 club tricks and 3 major suit tricks off the top after winning your diamond lead.

Nah, not for me this time. Their tricks are coming from clubs, not spades. If partner has hearts bottled up and a club trick he might try the spec double himself.

if this is an opening lead problem I choose dia Q if its a bidding problem i pass and hope we can set it since things seems to be breaking poorly.

Diamond queen would be bad if declarer has KJx and partner a doubleton. Since partner is the most likely to gain the lead later and RHO almost surely has the king, I would lead the diamond 10.
and the result can be plotted on a graph.

At a glance this might look like a toss-up..
But there is one really good reason not to double.
You take away partners chance to double for a heart lead. So a large post in the cost/benefit analasys, is the games that slip home, because we didn't lead the heart, that partner might have requested.

I disagree. This is a perfect example. I double and lead a heart.
