Assumptions:
1. 2♣ is absolute gf when not a balanced hand.
2. You are playing 2♥ as double negative (denying any K).
Problems addressed:
1. Finding the right strain when holding a long minor (5/6 minor v/s 3N)
2. Bidding slams with certainty
Analysis:
1. As HCP strength increases, hands tend to become more balanced in shape.
2. You would never play in the weak hands primary suit, as even if honors are not missing, the strong hand may be forced to ruff with honors.
Proposed structure:
1. 2♣-2♥-3x = trump asking - step responses
0/1 cards
2 cards
2 with honor
3
4
Any bid from the opener (strong hand) after trump asking, is control asking (void/singleton/doubleton/Q) in the bid suit. Step Responses are
No Control
Third ROund (xx or Qxx)
Second ROund (x)
First Round (void)
2. 2♣-2♥-2♠ is a relay sequence.
Responses:
2N = any 4333, playable in any suit
3x = cheapest shortness (max doubleton).
a. After 2♣-2♥-2♠-2N, any suit bid is trump asking, and auction continues as in 1.
b. After 2♣-2♥-2♠-3x, new suit by opener is again trump asking... Step responses being
0-2 cards (unplayable)
3
3 with honor
4
4 with honor
5 +
If a fit is shown, further new suit bids by opener are again control asking.
If a fit is not shown, new suit bid by opener is again trump asking.
Please contact me for example hands and auction.
one example - you hold
AKx Ax AKTxxx AK
Here, it may be difficult to decide whether to play in 3N or 5/6♦.
So, u relay with 2♠ on partners 2♥. If partner shows the hand is unplayable in ♥, it also implies hand is unplayable in Notrumps. so now u ask trumps in ♦, and if partner has 4, or 3 with honor, a ♥ control enquiry will allow you to bid 5/6 ♦ with confidence.

I stopped reading at this point, as this is clearly wrong. The longer the weak hand's long suit, the more wrong this gets.

I deal about 100+ hands... The weak hand never came up with even a 7 card suit.
Also, note that the weak hand suit will be headed by Q at best.
This is at a draft stage... Thinking of incorporating
1. 2♣ - 3♥ to show 2533 or 1633 (long !Hs) with a bust hand
2. 2♣-2♥-2♠-3NT to show a 7+ single suiter
