2H now X over any up to 4S next. That's way better than X then 4H (5H?,lose H5-3) over 3S,4S.

lol.. touché. Didn't bid that because I have a feeling it wouldn't be good.

Dbl + 2♥ has it all covered:
- pull a min bid to 2♥ showing length and strength ('tisNF even!!)
- pull other bids to hearts and reach the right game

no need to bid 1NT then.

I voted for 2♥ > Dbl > 1NT, but really anything other that 2♥ seems pretty silly.

Depends on your doubling structure if you can double and later bid say 2♥ to show this type of hand it possibly reduces the range for 2♥ overcalls. If you now have to bid 2♥ with this hand and with

No, I just think Txx KQxxx xx AJT is a sick 2 level overcall. I get your point about a wide range not being best, but this hand doesn't qualify imo.
