3♠ isn't forcing in English Acol. In fact, it seems difficult to play it as forcing in a 4-card major system. Are you supposed to bid 2♠ on everything from a reluctant preference to a 3-card limit raise?

"Acol", incidentally, is a name not an acronym, so there's no particular reason to write the whole word in upper case.
