I've seen some good pairs using jump-reverses as weak 6-5.

Works great... if you have a fit. Else = -1100. For starters.

Are you saying that you want to know this in order to judge whether to bid game? If so, can you give an exmaple of a hand where you'd bid differently opposite 18-19 balanced than oposite an unbalanced invitation?
