Fluffy's post about physical fitness triggered a more general question for me:
What contributes to better concentration at the bridge table?
Exercise (always concentrate as good possible) seems logic, but are there other factors? (...don't concentrate when dummy , caffeine, no alcohol, nicotine, make sure you face the window iso nice girl at the bar....)?
 
Remark: I often think when the trick is closed: What card did partner play, Did he play the 2 or the 5?

Space out your food intake

Make sure, at all costs, to avoid sugar spikes and crashes. Small scale grazing across the course of the days is MUCH MUCH better...
