10. Let players manage their own blacklist and friendslist as a file on their pc, and be able to see someone's profile even though that player is not online.

People with TD rights can do that using the Windows client.

I believe it's not possible using the flash client as it can't access local files.

Friends/enemies lists were in the PC at first, then you moved ro another PC, and were no more. So they got moved to server.

You can see any player's profile in web version.

yes but you brought up the web version, not I, then I replied that the webversion has even more problems, so to use that is no option

NOosAnCE, the windows client is not going to be improved beyond bug fixes.
