Someone complained that using the browser version she went to her results and could only see tournaments played. If she would try to open "myhands" there was no hand displayed, although she had been playing a lot.
I checked via www.bridgebase.com/related links/hand records and indeed she had a number of hands played, while on the web version nothing was displayed.
my bbo / hands and results / recent tournaments - this was OK
but same path / recent hands displayed always "no results found"
Could you please check if there is a bug, or maybe i didnt know how to guide her?

Hi Diana,
You are guiding her properly.
I am not sure exactly what "recent" means in "recent hands". It might be the case that the search for hands goes back only a few days.
Hands played in some contexts (some classes of robot tournaments, total points tables, teaching tables, money bridge...) should not be expected to appear.
It is possible the software is not behaving properly in this area. If you let me know the BBO user ID in question I can investigate further.

Thanks Diana and welcome aboard as a yellow
It appears that, under some circumstances, the "recent" in "recent hands" will end up meaning "within the past couple of days". We (Uday actually) are trying to address this issue. It looks like finding a solution will not be that hard, but it is not clear exactly when it will be convenient to deploy the fix.
