pass throughout. You shd be ok, provided pard doesn't underlead his K, and even then it may be ok.

Wow. Passing originally, in this scenario, ended up effectively forcing the opps to 3C, when they could have been in only 2C if I had bid 1NT.

Serendipity aside, I would still have overcalled 1NT.
