If at some stage you're overruffed and a trump is played back, there are still some squeeze chances.

You need A sgl diamond - this is about 30%
You also need to get the heart , this is less then 50%.
Combining it gives you 15%. You also makes it when the QJ of spade are doublton, i dont know how much it adds but it is certentily less then 10%, als some overruffing should take the chances a bit lower, so you have less then 25% .
finding RHO with both spade pictures is 25%, so its better.
Going for simple squeeze will be imo less then 25%.
So its probebly best to begin with a trump, play 1 more to take them out,and finnese spade twice. i wouldnt play small if LHO wining the A of heart come back with heart, because usually the opponents doesnt give present for no resson.

Squeeze, QJ ♠ onside, QJ3rd♠ either hand or singleton trump Ace.
I think I'll combine my chances.
I like Jimmy's line, so I'll do same.

1) The black suit elimination originally suggested, playing for the hand with the ♦A singleton to be endplayed (and not be able to overruff early and exit other black suit).
2) A simple positional squeeze against WEST, playing him to have ♥K and four cards (or more) in clubs (requires ruffing two spades in hand, and gets lucky if ♠ QJ fall in three rounds.
3) A triple squeeze, playing one player or the other other to hold 4+♠, 4+♣, and the ♥King (requires one black suit ruff in both each hand to isolate the threat.
4) A vienna coupe against EAST, playing him to hold ♥K (or J) and five ♠ or any ♠ length to both ♠QJ. This is the line Jimmy tried for (but his ending can't be right.. he had to ruff two ♣, so dummy would have no ♣ left, and there would be the ♥T in dummy at this point. He showed it as a double squeeze, but that doesn't work because without ruffing the ♣ threat, you only have 10 winners, not the 11 he has shown in his ending.
How would I play it, I would start out hoping for mis-defense and win ♣, cross in ♠. and lead a low ♦. I want WEST to think I am trying to trick him in playing low from doubleton king, crashing with his partner's singleton ace. If he thinks this way with ♦Ax, he will play low. When the ♦ holds, I know eliminate the black cards, and thow WEST in I guess.
Should they win ♦ and clear ♦, I will go for the positional double squeeze on WEST in clubs and ♥.

Looks many ppl would make it at the table.
At the table I adopted stripe play, which was unsucessful for the c and d distribution.
Knocking out D ace looks a better line, you still keep many chance, you can sqz LHO in C/H, or RHO in S/H.

:-) Visualization is the key... you visualized a great double squeeze ending. Next, you have to learn to make sure you have the cards to reach the desired ending. I really liked your ending, so did at least ...Trpltrbl.... This is because it is a cute ending, just not possible.
