1. Penalty is standard. Some people do play this as responsive.
2. Penalty is standard and almost universal. 2♦ would be the pick a major/responsive double type hand.
3. Natural is standard. Typical would be something like a balanced 12-count with a single diamond stop. Some would play this as lebensohl to distinguish a fairly weak hand with lots of clubs from a game invitation in clubs.
