Perhaps you'd like to post this in the Appeals forum found among the new Bridge Law forums at the bottom of the list.

FWIW The issue of importance was that TD ruled A+/A-. That was previously illegal, but the laws now provide a fig-leaf for it, and the TD correctly quoted the para number of that fig-leaf. I'm pleased that the Appeal panel set down firmly that this medium difficulty UI case is not an appropriate time to reach for the fig-leaf.
