Would never pass. I think 2 is ok vul against not. Definitely 1 if not vulnerable.

With my usual partners I would have to open that 2 at any vul. , pass is no option.

Otherwise, 1 in first or second seat. Whim of the moment in third. 2 in fourth.

Pass not an option to me, regardless of colours/seats.

Whether it is 1 or 2 depends on agreements. Personally I like systems that accomodate shapely 1 level openers - in which case this seems too strong for 2 to me - but you choose your own poison.

My second seat preempts are fairly sound so 2 for me.

I might try 1 if not vulnerable.

I don't dream of passing - maybe that would be a nightmare.
