Just saw that the "forcing pass' thread is up to 54 pages. Is this the longest thread on the forums? No easy way to search for it either.

Just by memory, I bet the one about the US Women's "we didn't vote for Bush" fiasco was longer.

Edit: Just checked, only 49 pages. I lose.

Depends on how many posts you see per page too, individual option.

And some closed threads probably had the potential of going on even longer.

I wonder how many pages there would be without the pages and pages of quotes on some of these threads. Some of them have pages with only about two lines of original comment on the page it seems, the rest is all earlier comment being quoted ad infinitum, which then is quoted again by the next person to reply...and so it goes.
