I will set up a tourney similar to the forum indy, but for pairs, and with one system restriction:

1♦ opening disallowed.

Then we can try out the suggestions from the thread about one-diamond free systems.

17h00 GMT, 7 min per board, 6*3 boards.

Open for forum regulars and people on my friend list, but other people will be added to the list if they can tell briefly me how they are going to bid without a 1♦ opening.

If there are too few entries we will discuss what to do. (opening for other pairs as well, or turning it into a team match).

An idea for a future tournement:

No 1♦ bids allowed. Therefore 1♦ overcalls and responses are also illegal :D

I discussed with Ken maybe to change it to an ordinary tourney for BBF regulars to get more attention, but it turned out that I cannot upload the inclusion list from my home computer (maybe has something to do with Unix line separators, I am sure there is a way to convert to DOS line separators but I haven't found out yet.

So the tourney is canceled, sorry).
