2NT should be minors cause if you have a natural 2NT then you'd just defend.
3m should be to play.

partner has made (ostensibly) a take-out double of hearts, and they have bid spades.
Double = penalty-orientated (assuming some spade length from partner)
2NT = lebsonsohl
3m = natural, constructive

i.e.
AJxxxx and out vs. AJxxxx and an outside KJ or so?
with a stronger hand you'd bid 3♠ now, 3♥ being natural?
Kevin your suggestion 2NT=minors sounds sensible but not sure if it's a better agreement than Lebensohl and I wonder if a non negligible amount of people actually have that agreement.
I realized that x should be penalty-ish but then I realized that maybe responsive would make a little more sense because opener would never psyche this 2♠ bid. The extent of agreements needed for these multi auctions generally scares me.

I was mistaken. I play it as Frances does, lebensohl.
