The last board in a round played in timed tourney quite often has a lot less scores then the other boards form that round.
To avoid this the sequence in which players play a board should be changed. f.e.
t1:r1:b1,b2,b3
t2:r1:b2,b3,b1
t3:r1:b3,b1,b2
This way all board are still played in the same round but they will each have an equal (more ore less) number of unplayed(Skipped) boards.

Secondary the scoring of an unplayed(skipped) board should not "ave", 0 or 50% but not played. As ar result the the score will be avereged over the actual number of boards played.

"not played" (an option in ACBLScore) is not a legal option. There is no law that allows it. Either the board was scheduled to be played, in which case it gets either a table score or a legal adjusted score, either assigned or artificial (see Law 12) or it was not scheduled to be played, in which case it shouldn't even appear anywhere in the recap. This "not played" business amounts to "they were scheduled to play the board, but we're going to pretend they weren't", and that's bogus.

That said, y'all do whatever you want. And don't bother with the usual "nobody cares about the rules, they just want to play cards" noise, I've already heard it.
